When you submit a contact form on this site, we collect the name, role, property or community name, city, unit count, email address, phone number (if provided), and any notes you include. If you check the box requesting our HOA Board Playbook, we also record that request.
Your information is used solely to prepare and deliver your inspection proposal, respond to your inquiry, and (if requested) email you the requested guide. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to info@naluarchitecture.com and processed through Zapier and a secure Netlify form endpoint. Nalu Architecture Inc. retains this information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any resulting engagement, and comply with legal record-keeping requirements.
We may use privacy-respecting web analytics to understand traffic patterns (page views, referring sources). We do not use analytics that identify individual visitors or track visitors across other websites.
